Wyndham Vale Station is one of two stations to be built on the Regional Rail Link route, and is located in the Manor Lakes estate, near Bulban Road to the north-east of Werribee.
Two side platforms flank the main line which runs through a deep cutting, with an overhead concourse linking both to a station building on the eastern side of the line.
Future provision has been made on the eastern side of the station for an additional two tracks and associated platforms, possibly to be used by an extension of suburban services from the existing terminus at Werribee.
